Get cameras, fire the staff who have multiple complaints, hire new people with good references, get security personal, and be active in your the workplace. Management, if you care about your patients care, or your business at all. Management does not know, or they just doesn’t care. I witnessed this first hand, it’s lazy and for a healthcare center, this shouldn’t be happening. They force diapers on patients who prefer the bed pan. They ignore patients in pain, suffering, crying out for help. They will in fact take the call button away from patients who are unable to walk, so the staff isn’t bothered. They refuse to give prescribed medications. As long as it’s a good place, that values what they do, and cares for the patients. Whatever, not a big deal, I can get past that. The inside is dated, the rooms, the decor/furniture etc. Staff is negligent, and unprofe.įrom the outside of the building, it looks nice. From the outside of the building, it looks nice.
